- Decide which week(s) you want to stay;
- Phone Mrs Sinclair to check availability;
- If there is availability in your chosen week(s), then either ask Mrs Sinclair to send you a booking form, or, Download the PDF file from the Web Site;
- Complete the booking form. Please take care to fill in correctly the section which says “My bill”;
- Send the booking form with the deposit to Mrs Sinclair;
- Keep a copy of your booking form (bring this with you on holiday);
- Six weeks before your entry, send the balance of funds to Mrs Sinclair.
