Confirmation of a booking is made on receipt of a completed booking form, and a non-refundable deposit of £75 six weeks prior to arrival. Cheques should be made out to “Kirkland Estates”. A letter of receipt will be made to confirm dates.
Bookings are made for Saturday 4pm arrival to 10am departure on the following Saturday.
Sub-letting is not permitted.
The tenant is responsible for the repair and replacement of any breakages or damage to the property, or its contents, and any deficiency should be reported immediately to the owners.
No pets are allowed in bedrooms or on the furniture

Kirkland Farm is a working farm with farm animals, horses and dogs. Care must be exercised if animals are proximate.
There is no admittance to any farm building.
Smoking
No Smoking is permitted in any of the rooms.
